And error number seven is almost the same as error number four that is if you had error number four or seven check the path we told you the problem will be solved.
Error number eight means it flashes eight times in a row, which is related to thermal sensors, and you should check the thermal sensor.
Error number 9 shows the malfunction of the heater control board. As I said this is control board.
Error number nine, ten, eleven is related to the failure of the control board of the device, which in case of this error is related to the control board of the parking heater.
Error 6
After installing the heater, error 6 occurred, be sure to open the air inlet valve and make sure that the fan is free, if the fan is stuck, the heater will be seriously damaged.
The fan gets stuck when you don’t tighten the screws under the heater uniformly, or if it is tightened more than the allowed limit, it causes the fan to get stuck inside the heater and error 6 occurs, and if it is not corrected, it will burn the heater board, which costs It entails a lot.
How is error 6 caused? This error is related to the fan or electric motor.
Several error modes are created:
1- The possibility of disconnection of the wires from the socket causes error 6.
2- If the heater is hit or under pressure, this fan or electromotor does not rotate easily and does not have its efficiency, we have error 6.
3- If the part of the fan blade is broken, this error will be generated.
To start the heater, first press the fan button and see if the fan is working properly and is not stuck anywhere and rotates easily. If the fan works properly, you can turn on the heater.
If you check all the items and it still shows error 6, you can go to our repairmen, because in this case, the electronic board has a problem and the board must be changed.
Error 8 parking heater
We have two thermal sensors on the parking heater that detect the temperature of the heater shell. If for any reason the temperature goes too high and the shell cannot cool itself, it is forced to shut down and give an error.
This error occurs when the driver is in a hurry and wants to move quickly because the heater is on, you quickly hit the switch and it reconnects in the interval between disconnecting and connecting the shell because it gets too hot and the sensors work. They interrupt and error 8 occurs. So please wait until the heater cools down and the heater stops working before turning on the car.
Other possible problems of parking heaters
1- Blowing the fuse: Check the amperage of the fuse used (20 A for single-fuse wires, 20A and 7A for double-fuse wires) and the health of the spark plug and spark plug wires, and check that the long and short wires are not connected.
2- Pump not working: check whether the pump has been tampered with – check the pump connections – inflate both sides of the pump and also give the pump a few small blows when the heater is working, so that if the pump stops due to the presence of occupation and impurity in the fuel The pump is cleaned and continues to pump.
3- Volume does not work: Check the volume connections and the order of the volume wires.
4- Not automating – not adjusting the temperature – automating the parking heater after 10 minutes and not reheating: check the volume shaft is healthy and not broken.
5- The smoke of the heater: the pump valve is not tampered with, the quality of the fuel used, the health of the fireproof cotton, the intensifier washers and the fan should be checked.
6- Decreasing the heat of the heater: check the internal cleanliness of the heater and the absence of smoke and the temperature settings by means of the volume.
